Terms and Conditions

Please take note of our cancellation policy:

If cancelling more than 90 days before check-in, you will not lose anything.

If cancelling 61-90 days before check-in – you will lose 25% of your deposit.

If cancelling 31-60 days before check-in – you will lose 50% of your deposit.

If cancelling 15-30 days before check-in – you will lose 100% of your deposit.

If cancelling 0-14 days before check-in – you will lose 100% of your total amount paid.

The cancellation will be posted on our cancellation groups.

Once we find a replacement and they have paid the deposit.

Only then will we be able to transfer your deposit to the new booking.

Should you know of anyone who will be willing to take over your booking, please inform us.
